Incorporated in 1983, Seng Lian Huat Engineering Work (“SLH”) has its humble beginnings as a heavy equipment servicing and repair company catering to the needs of Civil Engineering and Building, Oil & Gas and Marine Engineering industry. Since then, we have grown substantially and built a strong foothold both locally and internationally.
